This digital agency specialise in digital design that aims to make world a better place than it was yesterday. You can be partnering with departments and organisations on projects that have an impact in the community. You’ll have flexibility on how part time can work for you and the team.

The Team
You'll be working closely with the whole team, they have their rhythm with working remotely and in the agency, they've been doing it for years. You’ll be leading 2 Designers, one local and another remote.

The clients all fit into the company ethos of design for good. They work with specific clients that are about benefiting humanity and making the world a better place than it was yesterday. You’ll be a key point of contact for a range of clients, using experience with facilitating workshops to build insights.

Project Scope
Projects vary across digital strategy, user engagement, user experience, digital design, development and ongoing support.

Flexible working
The studio is based in Melbourne's inner city area. The team are flexible on where people are working. Monday is the day people are in the agency. There is flexibility in how you get the job done, with no expectation of working outside of the usual 9-5.

What we’ll want to see before we talk:
Strong portfolio featuring UI and visual design projects from concept through to final assets
UX experience in producing "user-centered" interaction design and wireframes
Facilitation of user journey mapping exercises
Excellent understand of brand guidelines and design best practices

Technical Skills Required for this role:
Sketch OR Figma, Invision or similar, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
