We're on the lookout for an energetic Senior Account Manager to help lead several key client partner accounts, to work across key client accounts and manage relationships, develop successful campaigns and ensure the on-time delivery of work. You'll be a trusted advisor for our clients partners and an enthusiastic, creative contributor to help craft campaigns that impact consumer behaviour. Working both independently and with other team members, you'll be up for a challenge and play a leading role in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and creative projects.

What’s the job?

- Managing the day-to-day ins and outs of several client partner accounts.
- Developing trusted partnerships with client partners and suppliers.
- Planning and developing campaigns/communications programs from inception through to completion.
- Developing briefs and reverse briefs with clients to share with the Creative & Content team.
- Raising estimates and managing approvals.
- Ensuring that works are delivered on time, on budget; including running WIPs, building timelines and allocating creative resource.
- Contributing to creative development, ideation, strategic planning of campaigns.
- Identifying and pitch new ideas to existing clients, along with participating in new business opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of account management/client services experience.
- The ability to manage multiple projects on the fly at once.
- Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clients.
- An enthusiastic attitude to creative and strategic challenges.
- A strong marketing strategy foundation and/or experience in an agency environment will be viewed favourably.
