An independently owned advertising agency is looking to hire their first dedicated Digital Account Manager. A very exciting time to join this rapidly growing, established agency.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital and working alongside the account service team, you will be working with a portfolio of established clients and you will be the integral interface between your clients and the creative team.

Using your knowledge of the agency’s suite of product offerings and comfortable in a semi-technical role, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, you will harness your relationships with your clients, responding to campaign briefs that come through, as well as always looking to maximise new business opportunities.

Managed projects include:
- Web design
- Web build
- Digital, Social and Content campaigns.
- Client content calendars to drive social activity


As an Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and strengthening client relationships
- Presenting solutions to clients
- Developing, defining and scoping projects
- Assisting with estimations and quotes for projects
- Acting as a Producer on projects


Skills and Experience required:
- 5 yrs + agency experience
- Managing end-to-end digital campaigns including planning, executing, reporting, optimising and insights
- Confident with managing projects that involve: web design, web development, online marketing and social media advertising.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and projects
- Commercially minded and a self-starter
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords
- Understanding of UX and UI
