We wanted to conduct Australia’s only Creative Industry Consumer Sentiment Survey to gather knowledge and understand the attitudes towards the current marketplace and economic climate.
It can be isolating being a business leader in the creative industry and not having a solid insight into industry wide thinking when making decisions on how to drive your business into the future.

COVID-19 AND THE RESULTS
This research was conducted over two months from January through February, prior to COVID-19. It is expected that some of the sentiment would have changed given the quick and imminent changes that where needed in industry.
These results are still applicable and can paint a good picture of business leaders intentions and plans for the future and even post COVID-19. The next survey being conducted will take into account the current environment and will allow us to see how the creative industry has been effected by, responded and will recover from COVID-19.
