Looking to make that transition into the Creative Agency world? Well this is the job to get you there! This entry-level role as a Traffic Coordinator will give you the opportunity to grow and progress your career into Account Management.

Our client is a creative and productive agency working with world-leading brands in the home entertainment, personal care and luxury goods sectors. We are looking for the perfect candidate to look after the packaging sector for one of their biggest clients.

As Traffic Coordinator you will ensure all work that enters the design studio is scheduled and effectively distributed across the design team. Monitoring the use of resources, job deadlines and quality of work, you will manage the day-to-day running of the studios packaging work.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and demonstrate strong organisation abilities. Your attention to detail will also be second to none as you will be responsible for quality of output from the design studio.

This particular position will suit a keen junior looking to join a well established creative agency with a drive to develop Account Management skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all work has undergone QC procedures before presenting back to account teams
• Checking for accuracy to brief, adherence to client’s templates and legal requirements
• Tracking timelines of all design submissions
• Liaise with the production department on timings and deadlines
• Client contact for all packaging requirements
• General day-to-day support of the Design and Account Management team
• Ability to react and reorganise studio to accommodate urgent deadlines

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organisational skills
• Good proof reading abilities
• An understanding of, and interest in design
• A pro-active & enthusiastic "can-do" attitude
• The ability to be a self motivated team player
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility

Proven Ability & Skills:

• English both written and spoken
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of commonly used applications such as Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
