Our client is an integrative, progressive and influential agency, in Sydney at the top of their game, building and creating holistic brand experiences with consumer satisfaction as the back bone of their every thought process.

A multinational corporation, this business spans across 43 countries around the world that drive digital, social and in store marketing solutions over an enormous portfolio of clients.

Due to their fast tracked progression and success rate within the market they are now seeking a talented Events & Experiential Assistant for 12 months to join the team to help develop and deliver an exciting global campaign launch of one of the worlds, billion dollar tech brands.

Supporting the Experiential Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

•Supporting the development, planning and execution of branded experiential activity and events
•Developing and executing campaign plans, managing timelines and project plans
•Developing and managing
project finances, including budgets, reconciliations/job profitability
•Developing strong client relationships
•Assisting project in cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operation
•Working closely with the Business Director to develop existing business and win new business

To be successful for the role you must demonstrate the following:

•Integrated marketing experience and exposure good understanding of Communication and Advertising Industry
•Outgoing, energetic and positive personality
•Proactive, positive and can - do attitude
•Ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
•Great communicator-excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Inspires great creative thinking and pushes boundaries of the norm

•Self-motivated and able to manage small to large projects
•Organised and able to plan and problem solve

You will also possess:

•Tertiary level qualification
•Minimum 3-4 years of branded event management or experiential marketing experience in an agency environment
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
•Flexibility to work/travel interstate out of business hours (when projects require)
