t-world launch review
With a range of rooms, thousands of t-shirts and a whole heap of people having fun, the launch to T-WORLD: THE JOURNAL OF T-SHIRT CULTURE, Volume 5 went off without a hitch.
Held at The Workers Club, Fitzroy, the night saw the perfect celebration to everyone's favourite magazine dedicated to T-Shirt culture. We moved our way through the maze of rooms, after stopping off at the bar for a beer or three. Out through the main room past the awesome DJ duo and the ceiling adorned with t-shirts, we moved through to the rear courtyard and hung out there with the cool crowd.
Then we discovered more cool people in the almost hidden room behind the bar, yes it was the Guitar Hero: World Tour - Complete Band Game. We arrived to an all out girl band that would have put the Spice Girls to shame. The next group of very cool faux-bandidos actually kicked out their drummer, after he was demoted from guitarist though. We went into the band room and rocked out hard to some actual musicians to round it off, these guys were playing to a full room and a ceiling covered in t-shirts.
Eddie and his crew should be proud of a rockin’ & rolling mag launch. Check out what all the cool people wearing t-shirts are reading, available now at MagNation instore or online here.
